1. Any Proxy Account that is used for Illegal, Abusive or Unethical Activity will be immediately deactivated by us without warning to you.
2. You will not attempt or permit others to attempt accessing the Proxy account information.
3. Spam is prohibited. You will not use the Proxy Account to transmit, either directly or indirectly, any unsolicited bulk e-mail or unsolicited commercial e-mail.
4. You agree that you will not use the Service to:
   
   1. harass, threaten, or abuse others;
   2. invade the privacy of others;
   3. infringe the copyright and/or intellectual properties of others;
   4. impersonate another person or entity;
   5. do anything illegal.
5. The Services are provided "as is". There is no warranty, expresses or implied, of any kind.
6. All Proxy.LC customers who pay with credit card have 3 days from their proxy account activation to request a full refund.
7. The money back guarantee is void:
   1. if we detect that a customer made online purchases thru our proxy;
   2. when we have enough reasons to come to a conclusion that a customer has reached his goals for which our proxy service was bought.
